Create Your Own GDI “Special Offer” For Increased Signups
If you are looking for a quick way to increase your sales and signups in GDI or any affiliate program, there is no better way to do this then to give somebody an incentive to join your team instead of under somebody else. By using a special offer we will provide the prospect with the feeling that they are getting more value out of there money by joining your team. This is a classic technique that is used by affiliate marketers and sales people to get you to purchase there product or service.
So how do we create a special offer?
Creating a special offer is very easy. We are simply going to offer a bonus package or freebies or some kind of training that they will receive as a bonus for signing up under you in GDI. Many affiliate marketers do this by offering a rebate or cash back for purchasing the item through them by using a percentage of their affiliate commission to pay the buyer as a cash rebate. We can use the same concept to get people to join GDI.
What you need to do is put together a package of ebooks, videos or some kind of marketing system you may be using as a bonus and then create a web page explaining your offer and telling the prospect about the great value they are receiving for free as a gift for joining your team.
As an example I used to run a special offer where I gave away a free ad tracker, lifetime training and support on this blog, my free GDI marketing system, a couple of ebooks on getting website traffic and a spot in my URL rotator for life. Now if I were someone looking to join GDI, would I go with this offer or just sign up under a random person and receive nothing in return but a GDI membership.
Now it’s up to you to find and put together a bonus package. There are many websites and PLR membership sites where you can get free stuff to give away as bonuses. This is one site that I belong to called Viral Ebook Explosion. You can join for free and get access to tons of free stuff. Another method would be to find some public domain stuff and put your own book together and brand yourself as an author.
After you have your bonus package and web page put together, it’s up to you to advertise it to potential GDI signups. This can easily be done by putting a Google Adwords PPC campaign and bidding on keywords like “join GDI”, “GDI signup”, “GDI affiliates”, etc. This way you will only be targeting traffic from people who are looking to join already.
